Printers tab (workgroups)

Use the Printers tab to assign a workgroup access to specific printers.

Assigning Printers to Workgroups

  1. Select the Printers this workgroup can access.

    Note: You must assign a default printer to a workgroup for the users in the workgroup to be able to print.

  2. Click Save.

  3. (Optional) Select the Members tab to add or remove users from the workgroup. For more information, see Members tab (workgroups).
