Channels
On the Interactive graphing page, the Channels panel lists the service point channels being graphed on the Reads graph.
Tip: Each service point channel in the Reads graph is represented by a color.
The Channels panel displays the following channel information:

Channels dropdown menu. Displays the list of channels for the selected service point in the order they are added to the graph. If the channels are added simultaneously, the channels are listed from smallest to largest. The selected channel’s information appears on the following cards:

Configuration. Displays the property and value information for the selected channel based on the configuration.

Summary. Displays a summary of the property and value information for the selected channel (maximum and minimum values and dates with average and total values).

Status. Displays the status, count, and % (percent) for the selected interval channel based on the actual reads available in the database for the calculation. By default, the data is in descending order. To sort the Count and % columns in ascending order, select on the column header. Select again to sort in descending order.
Note: Information on the Summary panel and Status panel is only applicable for interval channels. Information will not be displayed if the selected channel is a registered channel.
The Channel panel supports the following controls:

To maximize the panel, click Maximize (
).

To restore the panel to the original view, click Minimize (
).

To collapse the panel, click Up (
).

To expand a collapsed panel, click Down (
).
The Actions menu () on the Channels label allows you to perform the following actions:

Change label. Allows you to assign a new name to the channel.

Remove. Allows you to remove the channel from the graph.
Tip: The panel settings will persist until you change them. The settings remain intact after you sign out and are available when you sign in again.
