Filtering the remote interrogation queue

Use the Remote Interrogation Queue Filter dialog to restrict the failures shown in the Using the exceptions list. You can select the owners, queue state, task state, and date range to be be included in the exceptions list.

The filter settings are saved on the workstation and used until new settings are defined on this dialog.

Use the following procedure to filter the remote interrogation queue:

  1. Go to System Operations > Queues and Diagnostics > Remote Interrogation Queue.

    Note: You can also get to Queues and Diagnostics by going to Meter Data Management > Tools > Queues and Diagnostics.

  2. Click Filter Filter icon or press CTRL-S.

    The Remote Interrogation Queue Filter dialog appears.

  3. Select owners to include in the Exceptions List:

    • To include an individual on the selected owners list, select the individuals in the Available Owners list and then click Add. The selected individuals are moved to the selected owners list.

    • To remove an individual from the selected owners list, select the individual and then click Remove.

  4. Click to select the Queue States to include in the exceptions list.

  5. Select Last Successful Call or Call Time, to indicate which time stamp is used for filtering.

  6. For Date Range, choose an option:

    • Select the Time Period from the dropdown menu and then enter or select the appropriate date and time criteria.

    • (Optional) Click Reading Groups to view and select a particular meter reading group. For more information about using reading groups, see Reading group selection.

    • (Optional) Click Schedule Dates to select a Time of Use (TOU) schedule. For more information, see Schedule dates.

  7. Select a Time Zone, if different from the default time zone shown.

  8. Click OK.
