Edit properties

The Edit Properties dialog allows you manage the following types of information for an exception or a group of exceptions:

• Owner. The owner of the communication event as defined in the cycle configuration.

• Status. The status of the exception.

• Notes. User-entered notes about the exception. For groups, the note for the last item in the group is shown.
