Banking data

Import Data Manager (IDM) banks readings for a service point channel whose data is routed to IEE or routed for export but, due to a configuration issue, the data cannot be identified.

Possible scenarios for banking data include the following:

  • The channel configuration is not defined in IEE.

  • The meter identifier is unknown or is not mapped to a service point in IEE.

  • A matching channel configuration cannot be found due to a meter reprogram or a synchronization issue.

  • There is a delay in updates to the configuration.

  • The UOM submitted by an external system is not defined in the External System UOM mapping code table.
