Working in the banked data queue
Use the Banked Data Queue window to view the list of all data items that were banked. IDM banks data when it lacks the necessary information to complete the routing process. The summary pane lists possible reasons for banking the data. The Queue window also provides options for resolving queue items.

Viewing the Banked Data Queue
- In the Meter Data Management workbench, expand the Queues and Diagnostics section.
- Select Banked Data Queue.
The Queue window contains the following panes:

Top Pane. Contains the Filter button, Entity search, Item Count, and Refresh information.

Click Filter to set filter parameters before data is fetched to populate the view. For more information about filter parameters, see Filtering the banked data queue.

To ensure that the data displayed is current, click Refresh(
) in the top right corner of the screen.

Summary Pane. Displays a summary of the reasons the data was banked, with an item count for each reason, and the percentage of items associated with that reason. The percentage is calculated against the items that match the filter criteria for the queue, not all banked items in the database. The following is the list of possible banked reasons. The valid values are as follows.

Invalid Channel ID

Invalid Configuration

Missing Linked Register Channel

Interval Length Mismatch
Note: Selecting one of the banking reasons from the Summary pane displays the records in the Queue Item List that were banked for that reason.

Queue Item List. Displays queue items that match the selected search and filter criteria. For more information, see Queue item list.
