Editing data that failed a request

After you edit interval data or perform manual estimation on one or more intervals, the intervals may need to be re-aggregated before the queue item is resolved. For more information, see Performing aggregation after editing or estimating a queue item.

  1. Click the queue item to select it.

  2. In the top pane, click Diagnostics.

  3. In the Readings pane, select the Service Point Channel from the dropdown list.

    • To edit interval data, click the Editing link. The Data Editing and Estimation window opens in a new tab. The window is populated with the service point channel and date range of the queue item.

    • To edit register data, click the Edit Register Reads link. The Edit Register Reads window opens in a new tab. The window is populated with the service point and date range of the queue item.

  4. Perform the edit. For more information about editing data, see Editing interval data and register reads.

  5. To return to Diagnostics, click the tab of the queue or monitor you are working in.
