Deleting operator teams

Use the Teams tab to delete operator teams.

Deleting an operator team removes it entirely from IEE. If you want to hide the operator team from the queue filter without removing it, make it inactive rather than deleting it. For more information, see Deactivating operator teams.

Deleting operator teams does not delete the operator accounts or remove operator assignments to other teams.

1. Go to Meter Data Management > Tools > Queues and Diagnostics > Operator Team Maintenance.

2. On the Teams tab, click the team. The Team Details display.

3. In the Team Details pane, click Delete.

4. Click OK to confirm the deletion and return to the Teams tab.
