Deactivating operator teams

You can deactivate operator teams to make them unavailable without actually deleting them. For example, inactive operator teams do not appear in the operator team filter in the reading validation queue or the AMI billing export queue. However, the operator team still exists in IEE and can be activated again at any time. For more information, see Activating operator teams.

Team membership remains the same whether the operator team is active or inactive.

1. Go to Meter Data Management >Tools > Queues and Diagnostics > Operator Team Maintenance.

2. On the Teams tab, click the team. The Team Details display.

3. In the Team Details pane, clear the Active checkbox.

4. Click Save.
