Item details tab

This view displays detailed information about a particular request item. It lists the service point channels that were selected for export and the messages logged against the entity, its channels, or both.

From this view, you can see diagnostics information on each service point channel.

Diagnostics displays information about how the service point channel is configured, with the readings displayed in a graph under the channel, and links to screens in other parts of the application that have information about the channel, service point, or both.

Select a service point channel in the grid, and click Diagnostics () to access the Diagnostics pane. For more information on diagnostics, see Diagnostics and troubleshooting.
