Summary view tab

Use the Summary View tab of the Data Export Queue screen to see a list of export requests in IEE that match the specified filter criteria. This view displays request information at the configuration group or batch level. Use this view to see the number of requests in the system, the number and percentage of requests in each status, and specific information about each request.

Status Pane

This pane displays the total number of requests in the database, grouped by request status. This information updates every time a new filter is applied, whenever the screen is refreshed, and whenever an action is taken that changes the status of a request item.

Summary Grid

The summary grid provides information for each occurrence of an export schedule and each request created using a web service call or the IEE user interface. You can perform an action on one row in the grid or multiple rows.

From this screen, you can take the following actions:

• Use a filter to display only the requests that meet your filter criteria

• Add a new request for export

• Set the Summary View auto refresh rate, or force a manual refresh

• Drill-down to the Item View to see the request items within a request

• Edit the queue properties for all exception items under a request

• Edit the Wait Until and Deadline Date for the request items in a Waiting state under a request

• Accept all of the exception items under a request

• Reprocess all of the exception items under a request

• Export the requests in the grid to Microsoft Excel
