AMI process monitoring

Use AMI Monitoring to view statistical summaries and trending graphs and to access detailed data for reporting and analysis.

• AMI readings import (ARI). Provides monitoring of high volume readings import capabilities. ARI collects interval meter readings for the previous calendar day (also referred to as current day), then validates, estimates, and imports those readings into IEE.

• AMI billing export. Provides high volume billing export capabilities and functions as a billing determinant calculation service.

• ABE queue assignment. Provides the capability to assign queue items to operators for resolution.

• AMI billing exception trend. View a summary of exceptions and chart those exceptions on a graph.

• AMI communications. Supports two-way controls with field devices and brokering controls from third-party systems in IEE.

• AMI data export. Provides high volume data export capabilities of event and readings data for customer presentment, data warehousing or for interval billing on a CIS system. ADE provides users the ability to monitor the export process and manage exceptions.

• AMI data export trend report. Provides a summary view of data export activity over time.
