Resetting a user's password using Itron-hosted Azure Active Directory

This functionality is only available to users with Tenant Admin permissions in the Itron Cloud Services Platform.

  1. Navigate to portal.itrontotal.com.

  2. Sign in using your credentials.

  3. Verify you are on the wanted tenant.

  4. Complete the Resetting a User Password procedure from the Tenant Management Online Help.

  5. Email the user their temporary password and instruct them to sign in with it.

    When the user signs in with their temporary password, they will be prompted to create a new password.
