Customer Portal Users

The Customer Portal Users page is located under the Customer Portal Security menu. Use this page to modify the users for the Customer Portal, including creating users, adding accounts, and resetting passwords.

Important! If your Customer Portal uses a Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration, these settings do not apply. For more information, see Configuring federated Single Sign-On or Configuring proprietary Single Sign-On. However, a Customer Portal user can be created for testing purposes.
