Security Settings

The Security Settings page is located under the Customer Portal Security menu. Use this page to modify the security settings for the Customer Portal, including creating and editing secret questions.

Important! If your Customer Portal uses a Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration, these settings do not apply. For more information, see Configuring federated Single Sign-On or Configuring proprietary Single Sign-On.
