Editing Customer Portal security settings

On the Security Settings page, modify the Require Secret Question for Password Recovery checkbox.

Select the checkbox to require secret questions for utility customers to recover Customer Portal access.

Clear the checkbox to not require secret questions for utility customers to recover Customer Portal access.

(Optional) Click Create to create a secret question. For more information, see Creating a Customer Portal secret question.

Click Update.
