Editing Customer Portal security settings

  1. On the Security Settings page, modify the Require Secret Question for Password Recovery checkbox.

    • Select the checkbox to require secret questions for utility customers to recover Customer Portal access.

    • Clear the checkbox to not require secret questions for utility customers to recover Customer Portal access.

  2. (Optional) Click Create to create a secret question. For more information, see Creating a Customer Portal secret question.

  3. Click Update.
