Broadcast Messages
The Broadcast Messages page is located under the Customer Portal menu. Use this page to configure Customer Portal broadcast messages. Broadcast messages are displayed to every Customer Portal user after the log-in process. Each message is displayed once to each user as a transient pop-up or “toast” notification. The messages can be viewed later in the customer's message inbox.
