Alert Settings

The Alert Settings page is located under the Customer Portal menu. Use this page to control which alerts utility customers receive through the Customer Portal and the times of day during which alerts are sent.

Use this page to complete the following:

• Editing Customer Portal alert settings

• Preventing Customer Portal alert messages during set hours
