MetrixND Model Requirements

The MetrixND modeling system provides unlimited flexibility to link to external data, create variables, and build models. However, in the context of an automated system, it is important to use a disciplined approach that imposes the structure expected by the system. If MetrixND has projects that do not conform to the rules that are put into the automated system, they will not produce forecasts and the system will not work.

MetrixIDR uses MetrixND for modeling and scoring. This section discusses the required MetrixND structure for integration into MetrixIDR. This section includes the following template requirements.

• Model Template Requirements. The section describes the basic template requirements for assigning a MetrixND Custom Model (Model Method - MetrixND Custom Model).
• Blending Model Template Requirements. The MetrixND Custom Model (Model Method - MetrixND Custom Model) may use a blended approach. This section discusses the requirements for the blended model.
• Scoring Model Requirement. The Score Tab presents results using the scoring model. This section discusses the Scoring Model requirements.
