100T-GasGate Remote Disconnect Endpoint Response Fields

Response Field

Description

Endpoint Id

The 100T-GGRD module’s device identification number.

Endpoint Type

The module’s endpoint model (100T-GGRD).

Security State

The module’s ChoiceConnect security level.

Valid values:

  • No Enhanced Security
  • Ready to Secure
  • Command Security
  • Full Security

Bubble Up

How often the 100T-GGRD automatically transmits, or bubbles up, its standard consumption (SCM+) and/or network interval message (NIM).

This value corresponds to the communication mode the module is configured for. The default values are:

  • 18 second(s). Mobile/handheld (M/HH) mode
  • 30 second(s). Mobile handheld/hard-to-read (MHH/H2R) mode
  • 1 minute(s). Mobile high-power (HP) mode
  • 6 minute(s). Fixed Network (FN) mode

RF Output Power

The power level in dBm units at which the module transmits.

This value corresponds to the communication mode the module is configured for, as follows: (+10 dBm, +24 dBm, or +27 dBm).

  • +10 dBm. Mobile/handheld (M/HH) mode
  • +24 dBm. High-power (HP), hard-to-read (H2R), Fixed Network (FN) modes
  • +27 dBm. High-power (HP), Fixed Network (FN) modes

Packet Type

The standard consumption message packet type the module is configured to transmit.

Valid values:

  • Beacon
  • NIM with Beacon Contingency

Hop Configuration

Indicates the hop configuration the 100T-GGRD uses to randomize the communication channels over which it transmits its bubble-up messages.

Valid values:

  • Hop on 120 channels. The module transmits its bubble-up messages across 120 channels, randomly selected in the range of 903 MHz to 926.8 MHz.
  • Hop on 120 channels offset 50kHz. The module transmits its bubble-up messages across 120 channels, randomly selected in the range of 903.05 MHz to 926.85 MHz.
  • Hop on 50 channels. The module transmits its bubble-up messages across the most reliable 50 channels in the range of 903 MHz to 926.8 MHz, as determined by the Itron Fixed Network system.

Programmed Valve State

The valve’s open/closed state:

  • Open. The valve is open and gas is flowing.
  • Closed. The valve is closed and gas flow is blocked.
  • Armed. The valve has been electronically activated so it can be opened manually with a wrench.
  • Unknown. The valve’s open/closed state is unknown.

Note: The 100T-GGRD automatically updates this information every 17 minutes or so. To force an immediate update of the valve position, use the Get Status command (see Valve Commands (100T-GGRD)). The Check Endpoint command does not force an update of the valve position.

Critical Alarm Set

Indicates whether the 100T-GGRD has generated a critical alarm:

  • Yes. The module has generated a critical alarm.
  • No. The module has not generated a critical alarm.

The module resets this value when the condition that initiated the critical alarm is no longer present.

Valve Actuation Life Status

Indicates whether the module has exceeded the 100T-GGRD’s maximum allowable number of actuations.

  • OK. The module has not exceeded the maximum allowable number of actuations.
  • Nearing Max Value. The number of actuations is within 10 percent of the allowable maximum.
  • Unknown. The number of actuations is unknown.

Valve Actuation Count

The total number of times the module has issued a command to open, close, or exercise the valve. This value includes the valve actuation battery override count and the valve actuation temperature override count.

Valve Actuation Battery Override Count

The number of times the module has issued a command to open, close, or exercise the valve after the battery reached a point where an unsuccessful request became likely.

Valve Actuation Temperature Override Count

The number of times the module has issued a command to open, close, or exercise the valve while it was outside its intended operating temperature range.

Tilt Tamper

The module’s tilt tamper value, which increments whenever the endpoint has been inverted, vibrated, removed, or tilted 45 or more degrees from its correct installation position. This value does not automatically reset when the module is programmed.

Magnetic Tamper

The module’s magnetic tamper value, which increments whenever the module is exposed to a strong external magnetic field. Exposure to a magnetic field can result in under-reported consumption or even cause the 100T-GGRD to stop counting. This value does not automatically reset when the module is programmed.

Cut Cable

The module’s cut cable tamper value, which increments whenever the module’s cable has been cut or disconnected or has a faulty connection. The module checks for the presence of a cable cut once a day, which means that this setting may not increment for up to 24 hours after a cable cut occurs.

Non Metrology Counter

The number of times the module received a non-metrology programming command.

Utility ID

The utility ID number assigned to your utility by Itron. This is a unique security code ranging from 0 to 32767 that prevents another utility from performing certain functions on an ERT module. If you enter a number greater than 32767, an error displays and you cannot save the utility ID.

Battery Status

The state of the 100T-GGRD battery’s electrical charge.

  • Good. The battery's charge is at greater than 10 percent of capacity.
  • Low. The battery's charge is at 10 percent or less of capacity.

Time Drift

The hours, minutes, and seconds fast or slow the ERT or telemetry module's time is, in relation to the actual time.
