Editing tenant properties

1. Navigate to Administration > Tenant > Properties.

2. Click the Edit icon () near the bottom of the page.

3. In the dialog, edit any of the following tenant properties:

   • Name. The name of the tenant.

   • Description. A short description (may include an identification number).

   • Customer number. The tenant's Oracle or Salesforce customer number.

   • Hosting domain. Indicate an Itron-hosted domain, or select None to federate an internal domain for this tenant.

     Caution: If you select None, or if you delete any primary domains or peer domains, all user accounts within these domains will be disabled but not deleted. If you re-add the domain, its user accounts will not be enabled automatically but can be re-enabled manually.

   • Domains. Internal domains used by this tenant.

   • Peer domains. Domains with an existing Azure Active Directory from which users can be added to this tenant.

   • Value of AAD. Fills automatically based on Peer domains selection.

4. To allow AAD IDs, make sure that the Enabled slider is in the on position ().

5. Click Save.
