Environment tenants
Important! The Administration > Environment > Tenants section of the user interface is available for cloud deployments only and is not visible within on-premises deployments.
For cloud tenant admin users, the Tenants area is available from the Administration menu under Environment. The Tenants landing page displays a list of all tenants currently managed within the system. These managed tenants may be either cloud or on-premises tenants. For each tenant, the Deployment Type column states whether it is a cloud tenant or an on-premises tenant. The Enabled column indicates whether a tenant is currently enabled () or disabled (
).
The columns on this page can be sorted and filtered as explained on Permissions.
Note: Although this interface is available only within a cloud environment, a cloud tenant administrator may need to track on-premises tenants' activity and generate and maintain license files for those tenants.
