Missing data

The Missing Data view provides information about periodic heartbeat messages missing from the agent on the meter on a daily basis. If a heartbeat message is missing for a particular service point, the 'Missing Data' view shows the absence of a heartbeat as missing data. This does not always mean that user-facing data from the outcome was missed, but rather that if any data was to be presented on that day, there is a risk it was lost and therefore was not presented to the user.
