Dashboard
The dashboard provides a personalized at-a-glance summary of current data via custom panels called cards. The dashboard can show information from all your products based in the Intelligent Edge Operating System (IEOS), not just Revenue Assurance - AMI or Operations Optimizer software.
When you first visit the dashboard, it contains no cards. Add dashboard cards to customize your view for the things you care about. Your cards, card configurations, and dashboard layout will persist until you change them. The settings remain intact after you sign out.
Adding dashboard cards

Click Actions menu (
) in the page header and select Add.

In the dialog that appears, select the cards you want to add.
Tip: To locate a card option in a long list of options in the Add cards dialog, click Filter (
), enter all or part of a card name, and then press ENTER. The results appear in the list. To clear the results, click X in the filter box.

Click Add.
Revenue Assurance - AMI dashboard cards
The following cards are available for Revenue Assurance - AMI.
User Log Analytics
This dashboard card presents per-program user sign in and use statistics from the past three months as a sortable and filterable table.
Each program you have access to is a top-level grouping. Within that, each unique user-month pair has a row that displays their total minutes signed in, average minutes per session, number of sessions, and time of last access.
The table supports the following controls:

To reorder the columns, drag a column header to the new location.

To change the sort order, click any column header to sort by that attribute. An up arrow appears in the column header, indicating that the sort is in ascending order. Click the column header again to switch to descending order, indicated by a down arrow.

To filter the items within a column, click the column header's Filter (
) and type all or part of a value in the Search field. Only matching results appear in the list.

To adjust the width of any column, hover over the edge of the column header to reveal the resizing arrow icon, and then drag the icon as needed.

For more column controls, click the column header's Menu (
). This includes:

Pin any column to the left or right side of the table with Pin Column > Pin Left or Pin Right. To clear a column pin, select No Pin.

Reset the column width for either the current column or all columns with Autosize This Column or Autosize All Columns.

Hide or restore hidden columns with Choose Columns or Reset Columns.

Modifying dashboard cards

To refresh a card or enable additional options (if available), click Menu (
) on the card and select Configure. In the dialog that appears, select an available option and then click Apply.

To remove a card from your dashboard, click Menu (
) on the card and select Remove. Confirm this action by clicking Remove in the dialog that appears.

To rearrange the cards on your dashboard, click Actions menu (
) in the page header and select Order. In the dialog that appears, click Rearrange (
) and drag the card to the new location, and then click Update.

To re-size a card, click Menu (
) on the card and select Small, Medium, or Large. The card re-sizes automatically. Not all size options are available for every card.
