Adding a note

1. Navigate to the program, entity, and page for the wanted item.

2. Open the Notes widget to view a list of existing notes.

3. Click Add Note.

4. In Note Text, type your comments.

5. (Optional) To attach a file, click Browse, navigate to the file on your local machine, and select it.

   Tip: You can attach up to 20 files (maximum 30MB) at once.

   Tip: The following file types are not supported as attachments: .bash, .com, .exe, .dll, .java, .js, .msi, .ps1, .py, .sh, .tcsh, .zsh.

6. Click Execute.
