Interval Data widget

This widget displays data for the specified time period. For example, interval data for service orders displays the number of meter installations, in chart format, for the specified time period. The widget loads a configurable amount of historical data (the default is one year). For more information on changing the amount of loaded historical data, see Configuring how much historical data is loaded.

If an entity has event data from the loaded historical period, it is plotted as color-coded dots above the chart area. Each line is a particular event type, and the dots are positioned where the events occurred in time. You can hover over an event dot to get more information about the event. The legend describes each color-coded event dot. You can remove an event from the chart by clicking the event in the legend.

You can hover over any event dot to view power consumption data along with the time stamp. You can view the plotted values by hovering on the chart.

You can select any of the following options to specify the time period:

  • 1d. View interval data for the day listed in the box. By default, energy data is displayed at the resolution it is stored (hourly reads are shown as hourly reads, sub-hourly reads are displayed as the raw sub-hourly data).

  • 1w. View interval data for seven days starting at the day listed in the box. By default, energy data is aggregated to the hour level (the vertical axis is kWh per hour).

  • 1m. View interval data for the calendar month of the day listed in the box. By default, energy data is aggregated to the day level (the vertical axis is kWh per day).

  • 1y. View interval data for the calendar year of the day listed in the box. By default, energy data is aggregated to the day level (the vertical axis is kWh per day).

  • All. View interval data from the entire loaded historical period.
