GNB - Gas Neighbor Score

The Gas Neighbor Score detection method is used to find residential accounts in a similar neighborhood where the consumption is considerably lower than the neighboring residences. Scores are enhanced when complementary utility (electricity, gas, water) consumptions are available and appear normal, but the gas is low. The scoring method is based on five residences on either side. Electricity, water, and gas consumption are compared.
