Opening Operations Optimizer software deployments on Detectent.us, VPN, or on-premises

1. Navigate to Operations Optimizer software at the link provided by Itron.

   • For deployments on Detectent.us, go to www.detectent.us/analyze.

   • For deployments on VPN, go to vpn.oop.ssnsgs.net.

   • For deployments on-premises, go to your utility's custom URL.

   Tip: Bookmark this site.

2. Type your username and temporary password in the boxes.

   Tip: An administrator creates the accounts for new users. New users receive an email from noreply@itron.com (potentially to their junk email folder) containing thier username and a randomly generated temporary password.

3. Click Log In.

   (First time users only) A page opens requiring you to change your password.

4. (First time users only) Follow the prompts to create and save your new password.

   Passwords must be at least eight characters in length and contain characters from at least three of the following categories:

   • Uppercase letters (ABC)

   • Lowercase letters (abc)

   • Numeric characters (0-9)

   • Non-alphanumeric characters (such as #, $, and @)

   After creating your new password, the Site Administration page opens.
