Health check email alerts

All users with the Tenant Admin role, as well as the user who created the OHS instance, should receive email alerts when automated health checks fail. The alerts are system generated and occur when the Hybrid Connector or its dependent services are not functioning as expected.

Note: If you are not already subscribed for alerts, you can send a request to the Itron Hybrid Connector Services Team at cloud-core-services-blr@itron.com with details concerning your request to receive alerts.

Each email alert includes a description of the condition that triggered the alert so that you can take the appropriate corrective action to resolve the issue described. The following conditions trigger automated alerts:

  • OHS health check failure. The alert describes the reason for the failure (for example, the OHS service is not running).

  • Service Bus Queue full. The alert indicates that the Service Bus Queue has exceeded its configured capacity, and describes the relevant tenant details.
