• Test Result: Either Subscriber Service Bus is Not Reachable Or Queue doesnot exist for Subscribers : {subscriberId}

• Resolution: Take the following recovery steps:

  • Check to see whether the Subscriber Service Bus connectivity check has passed or failed:

    • If failed, then the referenced subscriber is not reachable. Please see the recovery steps described in Subscriber service bus connectivity check.

    • If passed, then the Service Bus topic/queue does not exist.

  • If using a Long Live SAS URI, then check the token's expiration.

  • Run the provisioning of the relevant outcome. Check with the outcome team for guidance if required.
