Adding the Hybrid Connector to your tenant

1. Using a web browser, log on to a designated Itron portal in an environment where the Hybrid Connector is currently deployed (for example, portal.itrontotal.com).

2. If you have access to multiple tenants, make sure that you are currently working in the tenant that you want to configure for OHS:

   1. Click the Account icon () in the page header and select Switch tenant. In the dialog, the current tenant name appears under your account name.

   2. If needed, select a different tenant and click Update.

3. Ensure that the Hybrid Connector is added as an application to this tenant:

   1. Navigate to Tenant > Applications.

   2. Locate Hybrid Connector in the list of applications.

      Tip: To quickly locate an application in the list, click Search (), enter all or part of an application name, and press Enter or click Search () again. The results appear in the list. To clear the results, click the X in the search box.
