Status History

To view the status history of the NMI, click Actions () on the desired row and select Status history. The dialog box that appears displays a table with the following columns:

• Date of change. The date on which the NMI status or de-energisation method was changed in MTS.
• Status. The NMI status effective on the date of change.
• De-energised method. The service provider's method of NMI de-energisation at the supply point.

• Effective date range. The inclusive date range of each NMI status.

  Note:  There are no gaps between the effective date ranges because each status change initiates a new effective date range. The Status history dialog box shows the entire history of the NMI's status changes.

The table is sorted by the Effective date range column in descending order (most recent first).
