Market Participant

The Market participant panel indicates roles, participants acting in these roles, and the effective date range for each role. Participants are typically utility service providers. The table is sorted by the Effective date range column in descending order (most recent first).

Note:  The displayed Role/Participant records are those that overlap with the date-range filter (even for only a single day). The date range defaults to the current day. If needed, click the calendar icon () in the page header and make edits to the date range.

The following are possible abbreviations shown in the Role column:

• LNSP: Local Network Service Provider
• FRMP: Financially Responsible Market Participant
• LR: Local Retailer
• ENLR: Embedded Network Local Retailer
• MDP: Meter Data Provider
• MPC: Meter Provider Collection
• MPB: Meter Provider Business
• NEMM: National Electricity Market Operator
• NSP2: Second Network Service Provider (for wholesale NMIs only)
• ROLR: Retailer of Last Resort
• MC: Metering Coordinator (RP)
