Timeline

The Timeline panel displays the dates and times associated with the selected transaction. These fields are arranged chronologically and may or may not appear in the following order:

• Transaction date
• Message date

• Sent / Received date

  Note:  In the case of an outgoing transaction sent from MTS, a Sent date field is displayed. In the case of a transaction received from an external source, a Received date field is displayed. The date value reflects the server time, which is in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and does not include Daylight Saving Time (AEDT).

• Scheduled date
• Customer preferred date

Note:  Displayed fields may vary depending on transaction type.
