Descriptors

The Descriptors panel displays transaction information, including (but not limited to) the following elements:

• Transaction group. The transaction category.
• Priority. High, low, or medium priority.
• Action type. Action required (for example, Replace).
• Service order type. For example, Metering Service Works.
• Service order sub type. For example, Disconnect at Pillar-Box.
• Customer consultation required. Boolean field: Yes or No.
• Service time. For example, Non-Business Hours or a range of hours.
• Switching service required. A description consisting of 80 characters maximum.
• Confirmed de-energisation. Boolean field: Yes or No.
• De-energisation reason. For example, Unauthorised Usage.
• Service order co-ordination required. Boolean field: Yes or No.
• Customer consultation required. Boolean field: Yes or No.
