Service Point
The Service point panel provides master data information pertaining to the metering service point:
- Access details. Access description consisting of 160 characters maximum
- Embedded network parent name. Name of the Embedded Network Manager for child connection points, consisting of 10 characters maximum.

NMI status code. The National Metering Identifier (NMI) status code consisting of a single character:
- A. Active: the site is energised (power is being supplied to the service point).
- D: De-energised: either the network supply to the service point has been disconnected or has never been connected.
- X: Extinct: the network supply has been completely removed from the service point.
- Customer type. Service point type (Residential or Commercial).
- Metering required. Metering description consisting of 240 characters maximum.
- Maximum demand. An integer of up to 8 digits representing peak demand in kVA or kW.

Service order address. Displays a structured address that complies with AEMO requirements and Australian Standard AS4590-1999. This format contains comma-delimited, concatenated text (no spaces between words).
Important! If the physical address was originally received as a single string, the system attempts to parse and structure the address.
- Latitude and longitude. The geographic coordinates of the service point location.
