Equipment

The Equipment panel provides information about meters and related equipment at the transaction service point.

Note:  Some transactions may not include values in all fields. In the case of multiple meters at a service point, some columns may repeat to show multiple values.

The meter table includes the following columns:

• Meter serial number
• Meter installation type
• Read type code
• Meter status

Important!  To view detailed information about a meter, click the menu icon () on the same row and select Details. In the dialog box, select Meter data or Register information. Register information includes Register ID, network tariff code, unit of measure, demand values, and other available register data.

To display information about network devices, load control devices, and transformers, select View with multiple equipment types. In this view, select either Installed or Removed to display installed devices only or removed devices only.

Note:  If the Installed and Removed designations have not been provided for the transaction, these selection options will not appear.

Note:  Displayed fields may vary depending on transaction type.
