CDR Triggers

The following table lists the triggers for Customer Details Request (CDR) transactions.

CDR Trigger Description
CATS CR10XX A CATS CR1xxx Notification is received with status of Completed (COM).
CDN_NOT_REC_AFCR6800 CDN not received within 5 business days of sending a CR6800, then MTS must send a CDR to the current FRMP.
CDN_NOT_RECEIVE_FRMP CDN not received by FRMP 5 business days after the FRMP Start Date in that role for the NMI.
CR2001_COM_NEW_NMI CR2001 COM received for new NMI creation and nominating business in any one or more roles.
CR63XX_FRMP_BUSIN_MC CR63xx raised by the FRMP nominating business as MC in COM status.
CR68XX_COM_NO_BUS_MC CR68xx COM raised by Non-business MC to place business into MPB and MDP roles;
New Connection New Connection SO completed (SO Type = "New Connection" and Work Completed Status = "Completed"), and there exists a CR3001 CATS Notification for the NMI that has reached COM status.
Re-energisation Re-energisation SO requested by a retailer has been completed (SO Type of "Re-energisation", all subtypes, has reached a Work Completed Status of "Completed").
Rejected CDN CDN with Movement Type "Update" received for a NMI and the CDN is rejected (Notification Status = "Rejected").
Special Read Special Read SO, with subtype of "Final Read" or "Other", has reached a Work Completed Status of "Completed", and the retailer requesting the SO is not the same as the LE on the date the request was received.
