Automation

Available from the main menu under Administration > MTS system settings, the Automation tab enables authorised users to manage the configuration of predefined MTS triggers for the automatic generation of outgoing transactions.

Important!  Only user personas with roles that include the "View Automation" grant can view this screen.

By default, MTS automatically sends transactions for every valid participant for a given transaction. Participants can be added to an exclusion list, which allows for specific triggers to be turned off for participants on the list.

The Automation tab provides access to the following pages which contain specific transaction configurations:

  • Customer details request. Displays the triggers for automatically creating outbound customer details requests. For more information, see Customer Details Request.
  • Life support notification. Displays the triggers for automatically creating outbound life support notifications. For more information, see Life Support Notification.
  • Life support request. Displays the triggers for automatically creating outbound life support requests. For more information, see Life Support Request.
  • Site access request. Displays the triggers for automatically creating outbound site access requests. For more information, see Site Access Request,

Important!  The Customer Site Details Notification (CSDN) module must be installed for these screens to be available.
