Persona

The available Actions () for each item listed on the Activities tab depend on user persona and associated permissions. See also Transaction Types.

Each persona includes the permissions needed to perform a set of available actions:

• Market Transaction Operator, Billing Operator
  • Assign activities to self
  • Assign currently assigned activities to others
  • Edit status and notes of currently assigned activities
  • Perform any of the conditional actions
  • View activity history page
  • View service order detail page and perform conditional actions
  • View abnormal consumption Meter Data Notification (MDN)
• Market Transaction Analyst, Billing Analyst, Managed Service Operator
  • Assign activities to self
  • Assign currently assigned activities to others
  • Edit status and notes of currently assigned activities
  • Perform any of the conditional actions
  • View activity history page
  • View service order detail page and perform conditional actions
  • View abnormal consumption MDN
  • Assign or reassign any activity to another user or make unassigned
• Customer Service Representative
  • Does not have any activities assigned, cannot assign activities
  • Has read-only rights, cannot edit or view conditional actions
  • View the activity history page
  • View abnormal consumption MDN
  • View service order detail page, but cannot view or perform any action
