Viewing the transformer group's locations on a map

The Location Awareness - Transformer Groups page's Maps panel highlights the selected transformer group's members.

Tip: Utilities must provide Master Data Import (MDI) and Distribution Equipment Hierarchy (DEH) data for the map to function or to populate some fields.

  • Click Layers () and select the checkboxes to enable overlaid information on the map. Clearing the checkboxes disables overlaid information on the map.

    Tip: If more than one layer object has the same location, the icons may cover one another. Disable the layer on top to reveal the icons below.

    • Transformer (). Displays the transformer.

    • Service Points (). Displays the service points.

    • Group Centroid (). Displays the service points' centroid.

    • Map Find Layers.

      • Service Point (). Displays all service points.

      • Transformer (). Displays all transformers.

      • Substation (). Displays all substations.

  • Click a transformer icon () to display a tooltip with additional information.

    Transformer tooltip fields

    • Transformer ID. The unique identification number for the transformer.

    • Distance to Group Centroid. The distance between the transformer and the centroid of the transformer group's connected child service points' centroid.

  • Click a service point icon () to display a tooltip with additional information.

    Service point tooltip fields

    • Service point ID. The unique identification number for the service point.

    • Transformer ID. The unique identification number for the transformer.

    • Distance to Group Centroid. The distance between the service point and the centroid of the transformer group's connected child service points' centroid.

    • Number of Phases. The number of phases on the service point.

  • Click a group centroid icon () to display a tooltip with additional information.

    • Transformer Group ID. The unique identification number for the transformer group

    • Service Point Count. The number of connected child service points in the transformer group.

    • Distance to Transformer. The distance between the transformer and the centroid of the transformer group's connected child service points' centroid.
