Viewing the service point's location on a map

The Location Awareness - Discrepancy Report page's Maps panel displays the service point from the selected row, the GIS transformer, the recommended transformer, and the other service points connected to them.

Tip: Utilities must provide Master Data Import (MDI) and Distribution Equipment Hierarchy (DEH) data for the map to function or to populate some fields.

  • Click a service point icon () to display a tooltip with additional information.

  • Click a transformer icon () to display a tooltip with additional information.

  • Click Layers () and select the checkboxes to enable overlaid information on the map. Clear the checkboxes to disable overlaid information on the map.

    Tip: If more than one layer object has the same location, the icons may cover one another. Disable the layer on top to reveal the icons below.

    • GIS Transformer (). Displays the parent transformer currently assigned in the utility's DEH file.

    • Recommended Transformer (). Displays the parent transformer suggested by analysis.

    • Neighbor Transformer (). Displays nearby transformers.

    • Selected Service Point (). Displays the selected service point.

    • Map Find Layers.

      • Service Point (). Displays all service points.

      • Transformer (). Displays all transformers.

      • Substation (). Displays all substations.

  • Click the Recommended Transformer () to view the following information in a pop up.

    • Transformer ID. The unique identification number for the transformer.

    • Nameplate Rating (kVA). Transformer size as provided by the utility's DEH file.

    • Service Point Count. The number of service points connected to the transformer.

    • Number of Phases. The phase count of the transformer.

  • Click the GIS Transformer () to view the following information in a pop up.

    • Transformer ID. The unique identification number for the transformer.

    • Nameplate Rating (kVA). The transformer size as provided by the utility's DEH file.

    • Service Point Count.The number of service points connected to the transformer.

    • Number of Phases. The phase count of the transformer.

  • Click a service point icon () to view the following information in a pop up.

    • Service point ID. The unique identification number for the service point.

    • Transformer ID. The unique identification number for the transformer.

    • Nominal Voltage. The delivery voltage at the service point.

    • Number of Phases. The number of phases on the service point.
