Getting a job's status

Use this operation to retrieve the current job status. When the status is “Success”, use the DownloadUri value to then retrieve the file. Asynchronous jobs are large in nature and can take several minutes to extract the data and generate the files.

JobId

The identifier of the job in response to your batch request.

Status

The status of the job.

  • New. The request has been detected and created a new batch request job with a JobId.

  • Pending. The job is in the queue but not started yet.

  • Started. The job has started. After starting, the job will take at least 5 minutes to show as running. Jobs with large amounts of data can take more than 20 minutes to show as running.

  • Running. The job is actively running.

  • Success. The job completed successfully and files are ready for download using the downloadUrl.

  • Failed. The job failed to complete.  A problem occurred that needs to be investigated.  Raise a support ticket with engineering.

  • Skipped. The job was skipped.
