Generic Meter Interface (GMI)

A software component of UtilOS firmware. GMI is the metering interface to electricity meters operating in energy-only mode and IMUs. GMI provides meter reads and data logs and event logs of the meter data stored on the Itron NIC. See also Smart Street Lighting.
