EAC tenants

Tenants are self-contained environments that allow utilities to keep data segregated. Utilities may choose to maintain separate tenants for utility testing and utility production to ensure vetting before real data is impacted. All utility data in the EAC is locked to that tenant. For example, user roles, application licenses, approved versions, and usage data are all tenant-specific. All tenants map to the production version of the EAC.

If your utility’s EAC deployment includes more than one tenant and your user account has access to more than one of those tenants, you can switch among them. To switch the tenant you are viewing:

1. In the menu bar, click Account ().

2. Click Switch Tenant.

3. Select and confirm the wanted tenant.
