Sorting tables

You can sort many EAC tables to display items in the most useful order for the task at hand by clicking the up or down arrow icon () in the column heading. Click the up arrow to sort the table in ascending order (either alphabetically or numerically, depending on the data type of the column). Click the down arrow to sort the table in descending order. The arrow you clicked turns bold, indicating that the table is sorted based on that column. Click the arrow again to toggle the sorting for that column off.

Note: Sorting by clicking the column heading cell is not enabled for all columns. Sorting by multiple columns is not supported at this time.

Some pages, such as Device Groups, include a quick Sort By dropdown menu that provides fast click-and-select sorting. These dropdown sort options are designed to meet the needs of most sort tasks. However, if needed you can use Searching tables or Filtering tables to locate your items.
