Uninstalling Web UI 3.1 Service Pack

Use the following procedure to uninstall the IEE Web UI 3.1.5 Cumulative Service Pack:

Note: Customers that have the 10.4.5 Cumulative Service Pack installed must uninstall the IEE Web UI 3.1.5 Cumulative Service Pack before installing the 10.4 Cumulative Service Pack 2 installer.

1. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features on your device.

2. From the list of installed programs, right-click IEE_WebUI_3.1.5_Cumulative_ServicePack and select Uninstall.

   

3. In the dialog that appears, select Yes. The IEE 10.4.5 Cumulative Service Pack Uninstall Wizard appears.

   

4. Click Uninstall to begin uninstalling the application. If the server is running, it will stop the server before uninstalling the application.

   

5. When the application has completed uninstalling, click Next.

   

6. Click Finish to close the wizard.

   

7. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features on your device and verify that the application was uninstalled.
