SAP system code text values

The UtilitiesObjectIdentificationSystemCodeText value in the reading request from SAP maps to register and interval channels in IEE MDUS. IEE MDUS uses this value to validate that the register data SAP sends in Create Register or Change Register requests matches channels that are defined in the configuration program in IEE MDUS.

• Register channels. The SystemCodeText value in SAP must match the Register Channel Display Code in IEE MDUS exactly.

• Interval channels. When you create the service point program, you must include the SystemCodeText in the Description field in IEE MDUS for interval channels. The SystemCodeText in SAP and Description in IEE MDUS must match exactly.
