Printers tab (Workgroups)

Use the following procedure to configure workgroup access to specific printers on the Printers tab:

  1. Select the printers this workgroup can access.

    Note: You must assign a default printer to a workgroup for the users in the workgroup to be able to print.

  2. Click Save.

  3. (Optional) Select the Members tab to add or remove users from the workgroup. For more information, see Members tab (Workgroups).
