Identity Sync

This guide contains information on how to install the Identity Sync service. IEE’s Identity Sync service allows user roles and permissions to be managed in the Cloud Identity portal. When user roles and permissions are managed in the Cloud Identity portal, that same information is synced with the IEE Core application and updated at the on-premises customer location. User roles and permissions can be added, removed, and modified using the Identity Sync service in the Cloud Identity portal.

The Identity Sync service maintains user information between the Cloud Identity portal and the IEE Core application by synchronizing the data in the Cloud environment to the on-premise environment.
